Dan's Pick
RIP to a real one, Norm Macdonald. You’ve probably been seeing lots of links this week, but I’ve collected some good ones: Courtney Thorne-Smith, The Moth Joke, Bob Saget Roast, last appearance on Letterman, The Ringer write up, and Conan’s podcast
Tom's Pick
I was reminded this week of the "Walk of Life Project" that hypothesizes Dire Strait's "Walk of Life" is the perfect song to end any movie. Maybe the truest thing ever.

Relay FM (the home of our podcast, Thoroughly Considered) is raising money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. We wanted to help out any way we could, so we are going to raffle off THREE sets of our two limited edition Mark One pens, 001 Apollo and 002 Blue Titanium. These pens are no longer for sale, so this is a chance to get them if you missed out the first time.

How to enter:

1. Go to stjude.org/relay and make a donation of at least $10.
2. Email the receipt, timestamped no earlier than September 15, to hello@studioneat.com. (If you had already donated earlier, donate again!)
3. That’s it. When funding ends at the end of the month, we will email the three winners to get your mailing addresses.

Thanks and good luck!

Stay safe,
Tom & Dan
