The Rare Transcendent
Vintage Fighter
You Will Want!

This phenomenal Vintage Loveless is on page 83 of the book R.W. Loveless, A Collectors Dream. You can purchase it here at

This is a rare and mesmerizing mammoth handled Loveless Fighter from 1992. There were possibly only two made, because the handle material was so limited.

It has the two tone pins, and solder joints around the guard with a single nude logo.

The blade is especially unusual because it’s only 5 1/4”. More commonly, his blades were 6” or 6 1/2” long.
The knife was made for us 26 years ago when we bought Loveless $3,000 worth of mammoth and sheep horn material at the The Knife Makers Guild Show, gave it to Bob to make us knives with. We saw only about 3 knives from it all, as Loveless being Loveless, he sold all our handle material knives to other collectors and dealers. Did I mention he was hard to deal with?

This is not the later knives from 2006 to 2010 when he was using Elephant ivory and pearl, and overpowering, super dark dyed red stag with clumsy fat non-sculpted handles. This Fighter is the true Vintage Classic form from 26 years ago.

Price is $15,500 (Willing To Negotiate)

The Blade Show 2018 was one of the best in 10 years. I sold to actual people that walked in the door. The books were flying out the door and the reviews have been stellar.

Please remember, if you want something you don't see, let us know. We may have it tucked away, or, we may be able to find it for you.

Don't forget we also buy and trade Vintage Loveless!

Hope everyone has a great summer.
Thank you for reading,
