HideAway Haven was again the venue for the bride and her bridemaids this past weekend. We loved the buzz that came with the busyness. There was ample for room for everyone to get prepared for the big day.....plenty of showers, mirrors and hanging cupboards in all the rooms for dresses and suits. At the end of the night, bride and groom returned to the Haven which had all been cleaned and tidied up. The following morning the bridal party enjoyed a special hot cooked breakfast together, before the bridal couple headed off for their honeymoon.
Thanks to Hannah from Everlasting Images the official photographer for the day. Hannah is a very talented photographer. Check out her website for more beautiful photos.
Becki & I travelled to Fremantle and stayed at an apartment overlooking the Marina. We enjoyed an awesome display of colour as the sun set. We treated ourselves to a special dinner at a fine dining restaurant 'The Red Herring' located on the Swan River. Great views and delicious food . I had wild mushroom rissotto with saffron which was to die for and grilled garlic prawns. Becki chose bronze whaler fillets with an entree of seafood bisque.
The trip to Fremantle was not just for fun....Maggie had surgery on her wrist. All went well, but this is how it will be for the next 6 months or so.
