|Small Award Winning Business challenges the Health Department and WINS!!
In October last year the State Health Department closed our Jacuzzi. They claimed it did not meet the Rules and Regulations under the Aquatic Facility Regulations. One of the major issues was that we used Ozone as our water purifier and not chlorine. After a 4 year battle to obtain a permit to operate and a compliance certificate for our Jacuzzi, we recently received the incredible news that we have been granted an exemption from the Aquatic Facilities Regulations, which means we can re-open our Jacuzzi.
We are thrilled that we were able to successfully challenge the Regulation regarding using Ozone water and hope that this challenge will ensure that the Department will now consider Ozone as a purifier in the future. If you would like to know the benefits of OZONE and why we were so keen to continue to use it please click HERE. Of course being de regulated does give us the extra responsibility to ensure a safe and healthy experience for all our guests, hence we have needed to document instructions for the correct use of our Jacuzzi.

Padre White would then make the sign of the cross and pray aloud; “As the sun riseth and goeth down, we will remember them” Amen.
