WOW What a night it was. As first time entrants in the WA Tourism Awards we were thrilled to be finalists. Then on the night we walked away with a BRONZE!! We are so excited!! Thank you to all guests for choosing HideAway Haven, for your support and encouragement and your Trip Advisor Reviews. Without you it wouldn't have happened.
It was an awesome night. To be among so many other people who are as passionate about tourism in their own towns as we are about tourism in Albany. Albany tourism providers took home 10 awards. To read more about the other award winners in our Albany Region, check out our blog on the Albany Region webpage.
The award ceremony was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Crown Metropol. It certainly was a glamorous affair. They certainly know how to impress. They were also winners that night with GOLD in the luxury accommodation category.
The food was outstanding and the wine was from Ferngrove and the Champagne we were served on arrival was from MadFish. We were certainly spoiled :-)
And then it was back to doing what we love doing and do so well :-) Taking care of our gorgeous guests. This weekend we cooked a special dinner for our honeymoon couple. One of our favourite dishes as well, so we could have the leftovers.
Remember if you are staying with us on a Saturday night and don't want to find somewhere to eat, check out our Italian Dinner Menu. Prior booking only.
Our massages by Hayley and her team at Radiant Being are really popular. Imagine arriving at HideAway Haven, tired after the drive day and then being treated to a relaxing deep tissue massage. Go on spoil yourself and book this special treat for yourself and your partner. See our Massages link on our webpage. Available in Bush Land Executive suite only.
