We had our first full Sunday off last weekend since we returned from Adelaide in August last year. We took the opportunity to head out to Forrest Hill Winery to experience the Seafood BBQ presented by our 'The HideAway Infusion' Chef Daniel Sharp. We love how passionate Dan is about fresh local seafood. We enjoyed marron, oysters, red snapper, chilli mussels and of course some of Forrest Hill beautiful wines.
We were so excited to receive our first Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence last year. We would love to receive another one, but we need past guests to review us. Some of the great chefs
Poh Ling Yeow’s food career began in the first season of MasterChef Australia, 2009. Upon coming runner up in the finale, Poh thought she would return to a quiet life. Instead, Poh was offered her own cooking show, Poh’s Kitchen, to screen nationally on ABC1. Things took off from there when in 2010 Poh fulfilled a lifelong dream of publishing a cookbook, Poh’s Kitchen - My Cooking Adventures, which stayed in the top 10 Australian bestsellers list for six weeks. In 2011 - a second season of Poh’s Kitchen aired and in 2012 she’s kept up the hectic pace - competing in channel Ten’s Master Chef AllStars after which her third series with ABC1 – Poh’s Kitchen Lends a Hand - began screening to rave reviews.
