Our goal is to improve your business. That's why we work day-in and day-out on developing new features and enhancements.

This month, we're excited to inform you of 5 new features to make your life better. 

1. Marketing Referrers

Now you can track what marketing efforts are truly working for you, including marketing channels and promoters/staff. Our marketing referrers section in the left sidebar of your dashboard works as an affiliate links campaign so you can always have a pulse on what's bringing in not only the most guests, but the best guests. Here's what you do:
  1. Go to Marketing > Referrers
  2. Create a link for any person (specific staff member) or channel (Facebook, Twitter, website, etc). 
  3. Use your links for their respecitve channels
  4. Track and monitor results
This is what allows you to understand how your business is performing and what efforts are actually working for you.

2. Analytics

Speaking of referrers, we also released the new Referrers Analytics section. Use this data to understand what your referrers are doing for you, including sales by referrer type and number of guests brought in by referrer type and entry type.

3. Android Events

You're now able to see and sell tickets to your events directly through your Android app! This feature has been on iOS, and due to its success, we brought it to Android as well. Our iOS users have experienced success in becoming a mobile box office, generating pre-sale revenue in a face-to-face setting, and selling tickets at the door the night of the event. 

4. Embedded Event Pages

Users don't like to be redirected to third-party sites to make a transaction, such as buying a ticket or getting on the guest list. Now, they won't have to. We've created our event pages to be directly embedded into your website without any of our branding. It's truly white labeled so your customers are interacting and buying directly from you the whole time for stronger conversion rates. Plus, nothing changes on your end. All your event information automatically pulls from your events dashboard in BookBottles, and transactions are still processed through Stripe on a two-day rolling schedule. It's a win-win for all.

5. Limited Number of Comps per Staff

No more throwing away money on unlimited free guest list entries. Now you can set a limit to how many comps each staff member is allowed, and our system will automatically track it and block further comps once that limit is reached. Go to System > Users in your BookBottles dashboard to customize your staff comp limit.
