One of the most inspiring interviews I've heard is with Brian Chesky, co-founder and CEO of Airbnb, where he describes how the needs of stakeholders were balanced in responding to the pandemic.

"It is possible to design systems where everyone benefits … people have this erroneous notion that there’s this thing called tradeoffs, and that you must prioritise somebody over the other - I just call that an incomplete design"
