New online portal and incident notification system

As noted in Mine Safety News last week the Resources Regulator will be launching a new online portal next week.

As a result, the current online incident notification process will be unavailable from 6pm this Thursday, 29 November until midday Monday 3 December.

During this period all incident notifications and enquiries will need to be reported via phone on 1300 814 609, this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
On 3 December a separate communication will be circulated providing instruction on how to access the new portal.

Quarterly Work Health and Safety Reporting
Operators with a current link to submit their quarterly report are urged to do so prior to this Thursday 29 November. Following the launch of the new system these links will no longer work and operators will need to submit their report through the new portal.

Support and assistance
During this transition period additional support staff will be available to assist operators in accessing and using the new portal. Should you require any assistance in using the portal please contact 1300 814 609 during business hours and select option 4.
