We have developed six guidelines to support the new rehabilitation standard conditions and associated requirements. The guidelines are intended to help the leaseholder comply with the conditions and mandatory requirements and do not contain any additional mandatory requirements.

You are invited to provide feedback on the six guidelines.

An online public consultation forum is scheduled on 21 April 2021, 2:00pm - 4:00pm, to provide information and answer questions about the proposed changes. Interested? Register to join the forum via our consultation page.
