On 1 December 2021, we will be hosting a half day online education and awareness session for explorers on compliance obligations under the Mining Act 1992.
This free webinar will include a summary of the Regulator’s findings from audits and other investigations, native title and exempted area implications, and provide an opportunity to discuss good practice in compliance management in exploration.
