The Resources Regulator's new online portal is now live
The new online portal will give you access to online forms including:
- A new form for notifying us of an incident under the WHS laws
- A form for notifying us about high-risk activities
- Submission of quarterly work health safety reports
The new portal will progressively provide for improved user functionality, including the ability to track the process of notifications and applications and view the activity history for a site.
If you have reported an incident to the NSW Resources Regulator in the last 3 years you should have received an email with your unique login details to access the new Regulator Portal.
If you haven’t received an email with login details you are able to register online through our public portal. Click on request to add a PCBU or Operator, complete the form and submit, your login details will be emailed to you.
