In Memoriam: Donald Kommers
Don was a concurrent professor of law and contributed greatly to the Law School over the years. We extend our deepest sympathy to his family. He will be greatly missed. Read more about Don here

Czech university honors Michael Seng ’64, ’67 J.D .

Alum Michael Seng was recently honored by Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. Seng has made his career focusing on civil rights law. Read his story here.

Sam Bray discusses national injunctions  

Federal district courts are grappling with the question of whether to give a national injunction, which blocks enforcement of a federal policy not just against the plaintiff but against anyone.
