Julian Velasco: Fiduciary Judgment Rules

Julian's recent article, 'Fiduciary Judgment Rules," published in the William and Mary Law Review argues that the corporate law business judgment rule is an inadequate foundation for the expansion of fiduciary law principles into new areas of law. Read more here.

Faculty News
Diane Desierto spoke on August 10 at the University of the Philippines on the PH Supreme Court decision, Cayetano v Pangilinan, and the pending request of the ICC Prosecutor to the Court to authorize an investigation under Article 15 of the Rome Statute.

Ed Edmonds was a member of a Society of American Baseball Research panel on Curt Flood and the Reserve Clause on August 13. The panel was part of the Summer of SABR: Golden Celebration Series--group of virtual programs held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the organization.
