Religious Liberty Clinic files amicus brief in California euthanasia case
Notre Dame Law School’s Religious Liberty Clinic filed an amicus brief last week in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of religious medical professionals who have professional and moral objections to euthanasia. Read more about the brief here.

Mary Ellen O’Connell published in European Journal of International Law
Mary Ellen wrote a book review of Chiara Redaelli's Intervention in Civil Wars: Effectiveness, Legitimacy, and Human Rights, published recently in the European Journal of International Law. Read it here.

Sherif Girgis published in Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy
Sherif's new article, "Misreading and Transforming Casey for Dobbs," is out now in the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy. The article looks at the forthcoming Supreme Court decision in Dobbs and details why it cannot rely on the "undue burden" test from Casey. Read it here.

Avishalom Tor presented at Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Avishalom presented "When Should Governments Invest More in Nudging? Revisiting Benartzi et al.," at the Law and Economics Workshop at Hebrew University of Jerusalem Law School in January.

Lloyd was quoted in the Texas Tribune in the article, "A Texas State bone marrow registry program became a national model. Now, its leader is under investigation for diverting money to support an affair." Read more here.

Mary Ellen O’Connell discusses Russia-Ukraine crisis
Mary Ellen discusses the Russia-Ukraine crisis with ND News in, "Support international law in Russia-Ukraine crisis or risk losing the rules-based order, expert says." Read more of Mary Ellen's comments here.
