U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit quotes Carter Snead in major decision
Carter was quoted by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in a case upholding a Texas ban on a second-trimester abortion procedure. Read more here.

Welcome Sheila Fell
Sheila has joined the Law School as the senior office assistant in admissions. She was previously at the Design, Copy, and Logistics office in the College of Arts and Letters. She and her husband, Michael, have two daughters. Sheila is in suite 1329.
