Philanthropy students award nearly $50,000 to local nonprofits
Students in Jonathan Hannah’s Philanthropy and the Common Good class awarded a combined $47,080 to five local nonprofit organizations during a small ceremony last week at the Hesburgh Library. Read more here.

The Dean's office had the wonderful idea of creating a video compilation of messages from the faculty and staff to our students congratulating them on making it through this tough semester and wishing them a safe and healthy holiday and break.
If you would like to participate please record a short message (5-8 seconds) with your phone or with zoom and upload the video to this Google Drive folder by Wednesday, November 18. You can also email your videos to Denise Wager, dwager@nd.edu.

COVID-19: What Comes Next
Faculty members and the public are encouraged to attend a community-wide virtual forum, titled "COVID-19: What Comes Next” on Friday, December 4, 2020, hosted by the University of Notre Dame’s Health and Well-being Initiative and the Social Determinants of Well-being Task Force.
The forum will include four sessions covering the topics of women's health, infrastructure, learning, and social underpinnings, organized around nine 20-minute presentations with Q&A sections.
Participants are invited to attend the full event or to participate during the session of greatest interest.The event will begin at 9 AM and registration is required.
