Family: Wife (Maureen), three daughters (Maddie - 9, Tegan - 6, and Chloe - 2), and one cat (Skylar)
What do you like to do outside of work?: Spending lots of time with my family. The pandemic has allowed me to share my dormant video game talents with the kids (like riding a bike, you never forget how to succeed at Mario Kart). I also jog while the girls ride their bikes and will be doing the Sunburst half marathon in September.
One interesting fact, accomplishment, or tidbit you would like to share about yourself: I've had a lot of opportunities to travel because of growing up in a military family and also because of my work. By my count, I've been to 41 of the 50 states and 20 different countries.

Faculty and Staff Vaccination Requirement
After careful consideration and consultation with medical experts, the University has decided to take the step of requiring all faculty and staff to be vaccinated. If you haven’t already done so, please provide verification of full vaccination no later than August 2. Faculty and staff may apply for an exemption from the vaccination requirement for medical, religious, or other strongly held beliefs. The University will send more information outlining the process for requesting an exemption.

|
Face Masks
When do I need to wear a mask on-campus?
Based on the revised CDC recommendations, beginning today, the University’s mask policy will be modified. These policies will adjust as appropriate as more faculty and staff confirm their vaccination.
