Learn about resilience and peace with Quest for Life.

The Four Keys to Resilience and Peace outline the four key elements to creating peace/resilience in our lives:

1. Regain control over our response to life (rather than reacting as a victim)

2. Commitment to living – this is about our priorities for self-care, communication strategies and issues of forgiveness and letting go past traumas

3. Sense of challenge – finding meaning and purpose in our lives

4. Sense of connectedness – our sense of place, belonging, that we matter, we have friends we trust and our larger sense of self belonging in space and time.

Deep relaxation is essential to understanding mindfulness and to bring awareness to our reactions and our daily interactions with friends and family.
