Over the last 11 years I have helped hundreds of my clients overcome their fear of flying. Instead of fearing the flight they now just get on the plane and dream of their destination, as they sit back and relax. Wouldn't that be a great feeling to have on the plane!
Over the years, I have devised a protocol of steps to help my clients fast with this fear. It takes 4 simple sessions to make a big difference. With a little bit of home practice in between.
