New Website Coming!

In this issue:
  • New website coming - OREFonline.com will be down June 28th
  • New Survey regarding Buyer's Representation, Education and more!
  • zipForms Plus is changing its name

I am pleased to announce that Oregon Real Estate Forms will be publishing its new site on June 29th, 2020.

Unfortunately, this also means our services will be unavailable June 28th, 2020.

If you are due to renew on the 28th, we suggest you renew before the 28th.

We are doing everything we can to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible, but in-case we experience an unseen critical error - please fill out a ticket HERE or email us. This will guarantee that we get your issue resolved.

Once the site is live, the renewal process will look like the following:

  1. Go to the shop page:
    https://orefonline.com/shop/
  2. Upon check-out, you will be asked for your Oregon real estate license number. Once payment is completed, you will be granted 365 more days of access.
  3. When in zipForms Plus, it will tell you your access is about to expire. Please insert your OR real estate license number to verify your access. If you purchased your forms on OREFonline.com, you will regain access.

And that's it! Once zipForms Plus and our website are updated, we will be publishing official guides on how to renew.

We appreciate your patience during all this and can't wait to have a better, more streamlined experience for our subscribers!

Frequently Asked Questions

Why the delay in renewal guides?
Our partners have indicated that their end of the renewal process will not be available for external viewing until their site is updated.

I've already purchased access in the last year - do I need to sign-in to OREF again?
No, not yet. Our partners locally store your expiration date. When it is time to renew, you will be issued a new account when you purchase your forms on the new site.

What if I'm not a licensed agent and need forms (IE, lawyer)?
Lawyers or individuals that are not licensed real estate agents with the state will be generated a random numerical ID # by our system. Like before, this ID will appear on your receipt.

What if I purchased the forms in the new site, but the system will not authenticate me?
It is possible you incorrectly put in your license #. Please sign-in to your OREF account to verify your information is correct.

Will you be expanding the availability of the OREF library?
Yes. This technology allows OREF to authenticate users on multiple platforms. We are negotiating licensing agreements with three potential partners.

Why do we have to go to OREF's website to renew?
Transactions were taken in-house so that our platform partners would not be able to tack on additional fees to our subscribers. Taking it in-house also allows us to have a single point of access, meaning if you're authenticated on our site - you're authenticated on all sites where we are licensed.

Why the Oregon real estate license number?
We did not go with something like an NRDS ID number because not everyone is a member of NAR. Being that a license number, issued by the state, is required to legally sell or broker real estate and is uniquely identifiable to you, this seemed like the best alternative.

Below, please find that we are asking for your direct feedback on multiple issues in this email. To incentivize participation, we will be randomly giving away a prize valued at $100. The winner will get to select between a $100 Amazon gift card or a year of access to the OREF library forms.
