Can you believe that it is already June? The Forms Committee has been busy updating and improving your forms, but they would greatly appreciate your feedback on the COVID-19 Addendum!

COVID-19 Addendum Survey

OREF anticipates going live with its new website on June 29th, 2020. This means a few things:

  • Smoother, more streamlined subscription renewal and purchase process
  • No more complicated codes to copy and paste
  • zipForms Plus will automatically update with subscription renewal (with additional providers coming soon)
  • Added customer service and contact features

Who needs an OREF subscription?

OREF subscriptions are required for all real estate agents representing a buyer or seller in a transaction and using OREF forms.

"Company accounts" or what is known as a multi-user platform still requires individuals to have their own subscriptions.
