Report Network Changes for Seamless Service

Did you know that many of the most common system issues can be avoided with a simple call/email to Select Telecom before implementing network changes?  With VoIP, any modifications to your network (changing the Exchange Server address, moving to a different voice/data provider, changing email domains, switching to hosted with email, changing Subnets, etc.) can impact the performance of your ShoreTel system.  But if we are aware of the changes in advance, we can help you anticipate and proactively correct any potential impacts before they happen, eliminating system downtime and ensuring a seamless transition!

To report upcoming network changes:
 1. Call our Service Department at (914) 761-1313 or email us at service@select-tele.com, ideally at least a week in advance of the date you plan to make network changes (but better late than never!)
