Diagnostics & Monitoring Dashboard

If you're a ShoreTel power user, the Diagnostics & Monitoring Dashboard has everything you need to monitor the current status of your entire ShoreTel system - including every phone, call, server, voice mail, and more.  If you haven't tried it out yet, we encourage you to take a look and see all the information you've got at your fingertips!

To view the Diagnostics & Monitoring Dashboard (Admins Only):
 1. In ShoreTel Director, click Maintenance > Diagnostics & Monitoring
 2. View the desired section(s) for more information on system status:
    a. Dashboard – overall health and performance, including call volume, call quality, bandwidth utilization, usage of trunk groups, features, and CPU
    b. Topology – a color-coded visual map of the the system
    c. Status – detailed status of system, switches, servers, IP phones, trunk groups, voice mail, conferencing and instant messaging
    d. Alerts – all active alerts
    e. Call Quality – detailed information regarding call quality, including packet loss, jitter, delay, Mean Opinion score (MOS), and IP path trace information
    f. Diagnostics – tools for advanced system analysis

ShoreTel Connect for Sky Scribe

The ShoreTel Sky Scribe service conveniently transcribes voice mail from a ShoreTel phone into an email, along with a handy .wav file attachment of the message audio.  On-premises ShoreTel customers can access the Sky Scribe service using the ShoreTel Connect hybrid cloud solution.  Contact Select Telecom to learn more about ShoreTel Connect and Sky Scribe.
