Log In from Home with Communicator for Web

Ever get home and realize you forgot to do something important at the office, like change your call handling mode before vacation or update your Find Me settings?  With ShoreTel Communicator for Web, these issues are a thing of the past - simply log in through the web interface from your home computer (or the hotel lobby!) and make whatever changes are needed.

To Access ShoreTel Communicator for Web:
  1.  Open your web browser
  2.  Determine the name or IP address of your company’s Headquarters or DVM server (your system administrator will know)
  3.  If you are an Active Directory user, enter: http://<Headquarters_server> or http://<DVM_server>
  OR
  3. If you are NOT an Active Directory user, enter: http://<Headquarters_server>/Login or http://<DVM_server>/Login
