Play Voice Messages Through the Phone

Depending on the configuration of your system, ShoreTel Call Manager's default voice mail playback option may play your message through your computer speakers.  If you would prefer to play your messages through your phone's handset, follow these simple steps:

To play messages through the phone (for most ShoreTel models):
1.       In Call Manager, select the Voice Mail button
2.       In the bottom left corner, click to open the drop-down menu and select Play Via Telephone

System-Wide Automatic Call Routing!

The new ShoreTel Call Router application will automatically route calls to a designated extension or external number based on the incoming phone number or Caller ID.  While the Professional Call Manager provides this function for individual extensions, the Call Router application will configure these options for the entire system.  Contact Select Telecom for more information about ShoreTel Call Router.
