Troubleshooting Call Manager

If your Call Manager application doesn't seem to be behaving as expected, you may be experiencing server connectivity issues.  Use these steps to determine if you are experiencing issues and perform a simple troubleshooting exercise:

To Troubleshoot Call Manager:
1.       In Call Manager, look in the upper right hand corner for the Phone icon
2.       If Call Manager is working properly, you should see a Blue Phone.  If you see a Red "X" or any other indication, continue to the next step
3.       Close the Call Manager application, then right-click the ShoreTel icon in your taskbar (near your computer clock) and select Exit.  Wait two minutes and re-open Call Manager.  If you do not see a Blue Phone in the upper right corner, continue to the next step
4.       Check your Network Connection (on Windows operating systems, look for an icon in your taskbar near the clock).  If your network is working and you still do not see a Blue Phone in the upper right corner, continue to the next step
5.       Reboot your computer and open Call Manager.  If you still do not see a Blue Phone in the upper right corner, call our Service Department at (914) 761-1313
