RESIDENCY SESSIONS STARTING JULY 2017

Elsewhere offers 2-4 week residencies. Each session, six artists live and work in the museum. A team of curators, interns and community members support residents in the creation of new work and regular museum programming.

FELLOWSHIPS

SOUTHERN CONSTELLATIONS | 7.11 – 8.8
Southern Constellations offers six fellowships (room/board/travel/$1000 honorarium) for artists based in the Southern United States to participate in a month-long Elsewhere residency to create new, experimental works at the museum and participate in dialogues on the conditions of experimental art production in the South.

EXCHANGE RESIDENCIES: Baltimore Goes Elsewhere | 8.8 – 9.5
Exchange residencies are dedicated to exploring emerging local ecologies of contemporary art production. Baltimore Goes Elsewhere seeks to curate a dynamic and interdisciplinary artist experience and generate collaborative formations among local artists in Baltimore. Six fellowship residencies are selected by artists and artist-organizers working in Baltimore and North Carolina, and connect fellows with artists and artist-networks in the city and state.
