Welcome to at the Forefront’s newsletter! We may be 11 days in—but, allow us to wish you a happy new month! We’re excited to have a curated hub to share what’s new for atF and relevant stories from across the Afro diaspora!
Next week, at the Forefront will be hosting two panel discussions on the future of gender equality, and D&I in the international development space at the Women and Girls Africa Summit (WAGS). Additionally, atF’s Co-founder Evelyn Sallah is serving as a member of the 2020 WAGS Advisory Committee.

The Women and Girls Africa Summit, which will take place virtually November 16-18, 2020, aims to prepare women and girls as leaders in key industries to ensure that Africa realizes its full potential on issues ranging from entrepreneurship to the impact of climate change, to reproductive health, to developing socially responsible enterprises. This transformational event will create a group of change agents in their own communities, passionate about driving and implementing actions that will help countries in Africa across the development continuum.

Register for the virtual summit here.
