Andrew's Tip of the Month

This month we are demonstrating three upper body mobility exercises for our golfers that need to be incorporated into their movement preparation/warmup, recovery days, or just as needed because they feel so good. Our three drills for today include the "Gunslinger", Torso Side Bends with/without StickMobility assistance, and Quadruped Reach Under to Rows.

Call Andrew at 602-638-3000 or email fitnessbyandrew@gmail.com for a complimentary golf performance or fitness screening in Scottsdale or Mesa.

Trivia answer: A "hole made by a greenkeeper" is usually temporarily dug up in connection with course maintenance. A hole left by a removed water hazard stake is considered to be a hole made by a greenkeeper and thus ground under repair. See Decision 25/18
