Andrew's Tip of the Month

This month we are going to work on balance. One of the skills that we test with our golfers is single leg balance with the eyes closed. We do that to see how well the golfer can put any type of load into their left or right hip without visual cues and can they maintain stability. If we have a right handed golfer that can't put much of a load on their right hip, balance and stability are going to be difficult and they aren't going to be able to generate much power.  If they have difficulty putting a load on the left hip, they could struggle posting up or bringing any transfer of power within their downswing.

Call Andrew at 602-638-3000 or email for a complimentary golf performance screening in Scottsdale or Mesa.
