Special update from the Downtown Albany BID
DOWNTOWN RESIDENT VIRTUAL TRIVIA
Join your Downtown neighbors as trivia maestro Jeff Morad of WEQX pits teams of downtown Albany residents against each other in a virtual battle of the brains tomorrow, February 23 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM! Brain food counts this year: bonus points will be awarded to teams that enjoy takeout meals, snacks and beverages from Downtown restaurants during trivia. Free to attend for all downtown Albany residents!  More info and registration here.
NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION
Join us on Tuesday, March 16 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM for a Zoom discussion on the formation of a new Downtown Albany Neighborhood Association. We will set priorities and geographic boundaries for the group in this initial meeting. Guest speaker Zachary Simpson, President of the Council of Albany Neighborhood Association (CANA) will provide more information on next steps for forming a Downtown Neighborhood Association. Registration required to attend; sign up here.
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
As we work with Downtown residents to establish a Neighborhood Association, we would love your feedback on the priority issues that you would like the group to address and advocate for. Help establish the direction of this new community organization by completing this four question survey by March 15.
