Hello everyone,
Welcome to this new issue of our newsletter which marks a turning point in ORTHOPUS’ adventure. Make yourself comfortable, I will tell you everything.
Since 2019, we designed prosthesis and arm support prototypes, met users, started partnerships with key players, explored some exciting leads.
But two months ago, our ship weather a storm. All the crew swung into action to adapt our strategy and to keep heading our direction. Driven by some enthusiastic partners (healthcare practitioners, scientific and industrial centers), we decided to focus all our energy in our range of robotic assistive solutions.
That means prosthesis development is held in abeyance because our goal is to have our first arm support ready for the market the market. The ORTHOPUS Supporter will be available in april 2022!
And some other news from the ship:
🙋♀️ Two new pirates boarded! Léa as Regulatory affairs officer and Alexane for a marketing and sales apprenticeship.
🙌 In October we visited Autonomic Paris, a famous event in assistive technologies for disability in France. We gathered a lot of good tips from other manufacturers, distributors, organizations and occupational therapists.
🏆 ORTHOPUS won the first French Tech Rise step. This action aims french start-ups to meet important investment funds. Next step in december!
