Are you interested in the provenance of food?
Are you interested in growing your own produce?
Are you interested in buying or selling local food within the town?

If the answer is Yes to any of these, then Sustainable Harborough would like to invite you to a Local Food Forum Meeting, where existing connections with local food can be supported as well as establishing new ones.

Local produce enthusiast and Market Harborough business owner Duncan Murray will start the forum off, with guest speaker Heidi Seary from the Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens setting the scene on local food initiatives elsewhere.

The event will offer you the opportunity to network with other organisations, businesses, groups and individuals with an interest in local food. You will also be able to take part in workshop activities where you can make your contribution towards a local food plan for Market Harborough and have the opportunity in taking a lead part in steering this vision.

The event is being held at 7pm on Tuesday 29th October, with guests arriving from 6.30pm, at the Conference Centre within the Three Swans Hotel.

If you would like to take part in shaping Market Harborough’s local food journey then you can book your place using the contact details below.
