5 Weeks Until Orangetheory Epic & New Zealand Open Water Swimming Championships

Kia ora,

It is now just over 5 weeks until we kick off the 2023 Orangetheory NZ Open Water Championships in the iconic Lake Taupo on the 14th and 15th of January.

Last year we saw two epic swims from Aquablack Ruby Heath, who was crowned the 10km and 5km national champion, which earned her a place on the 2022 World Championship New Zealand national team. The male events produced some spectacular finishes, with Eligh Ashby claiming the 10km national title in a time of 2:08:00 and the 5km event seeing the closest finish in years, with only 6 seconds separating the top four placegetters.

With multiple spot prizes and food trucks within one of the most idyllic venues, be quick to secure your place through your Fastlane account as entries close on Tuesday, 13th December.
