As the year comes to an end, we take a moment to say thank you, again, for being with us during this "hard to describe with words", year, as put by ACBX student Kimberly "Abelha Rainha".
Despite the disruption of our programs and the many challenges encountered in 2020, we found ways to continue to build, create and provide a supportive environment through the practice of the art of Capoeira and the work we do. We accomplished a lot and in many ways became closer to one another even when spending so much time on the zoom screen.
We are so grateful to you for your support this year, to technology for allowing us to re-invent our program delivery, to our leader, Professor Coco for continuing to teach with the same energy even on his toughest days, to all who have found in ACBX a Capoeira family. Without you, this year would've been much harder and our work would've not been possible.
We wish you and yours a peaceful and healthy new year.
