New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs have become massively popular over the years. One of the wines that helped New Zealand reach such heights is Villa Maria Private Bin Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It has been a staple here at PJ Wine, and almost every other wine shop across the country, for many years but never at pricing like this.
We are offering a huge discount for two weeks only on this classic Sauvignon Blanc. We have dropped our sale price to $8.97 a bottle (from $9.97) which is the lowest price in the country! We are also offering a solid case price of $7.97 a bottle! No, we haven’t lost our minds. PJ Wine would not be PJ Wine without the best pricing in New York City, and sometimes we like to have the best pricing in the country.
Villa Maria Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc is made in an elegant, approachable style. The wine has gained worldwide popularity for its vibrant, clean fruit-driven flavors and ready-to-drink style. This wine can be enjoyed at any occasion- from a casual picnic to a lively party, or when you’re just after a quiet glass with dinner.
Sourced from vineyards across the Marlborough region, this intense Sauvignon Blanc is alive with a myriad of flavours dominated by gooseberry, passionfruit, fresh citrus and herbaceous aromas.

Our Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc showcases everything fresh and vibrant about Marlborough. Initially, the classic Awatere aromas jump out of the glass, such as lemongrass, jalapeño peppers and fresh herbs. The cool climate in the Awatere Valley is influenced by Mt Tapuae-o-uenuku and the cool alpine winds and fresh sea breezes protect the natural acidity in this wine. In contrast, the Wairau Valley has warmer summer months, with dry nor-westerly winds influencing vineyards to produce a pungent Sauvignon Blanc with ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours. - Winemaker Notes
