Support Team ASC for the Pelotonia – Info Session July 2

The College of Arts and Sciences has created a peloton within Team Buckeye for this year’s Pelotonia. Team ASC includes riders from administrative services, chemistry, earth sciences, physics, and statistics. But, there’s room for more! Sign up to ride along with Team ASC or support the team by becoming a "virtual" rider or volunteer. To find out more about Pelotonia and Team ASC, an information session will be held on Monday, July 2, at noon in the Physics Research Building, Room 1136. Light catering will be provided. RSVP to

International Exhibition Features German and Ohio Artists
Recognizing the Columbus bicentennial and the Sister City program between Columbus and Dresden, Germany,
the exhibition, Time and Place: An International Exhibition of Works on Paper, features works by German and Ohio artists. The exhibition opens at the Urban Arts Space August 14.
History of Art Has New Home

The
Department of History of Art recently moved into newly renovated space on the second and third floors of historic Pomerene Hall, overlooking Mirror Lake.
Crime and Justice Summer Research Institute
The Criminal Justice Research Center’s
annual Crime and Justice Summer Research Institute will be held July 9-27. The institute is designed to promote successful research projects and careers among faculty from underrepresented groups working in areas of crime and criminal justice. Contact Amanda Kennedy at 688-8685.
Food Innovation Center Grant Competition

The Food Innovation Center (FIC) announces a novel small grant competition, the
FIC Social Science Data Grants. These awards will support scholars in identifying, obtaining, or developing primary or secondary data about the economic and organizational systems used to produce and distribute food. Awards of up to $2,500 each will be granted; proposals are due July 11. Contact
