Professor Mitten will be meeting with Ohio State students Friday at 2:30 p.m. in 3116 Derby Hall for an interactive discussion of current college, Olympic and professional sports law issues, including antitrust litigation against the NCAA; concussion litigation; daily fantasy sports litigation and regulation; doping issues; gender equity and transgender athlete sports participation policies; and Marquette University’s Sports Law Program and National Sports Law Certificate.
