Susan Says...
I began riding the bus 13 years ago when I moved to Ypsilanti. As a disabled woman being independent is extremely important to me. I mostly ride the fixed-route bus as it makes me the most independent. Being able to travel freely in Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor is wonderful. The bus is quite reliable and usually on time. I recently was able to try the new Quantum securement system that has been installed on ten busses in its trial period. It's pretty amazing. The fact that I can secure myself is another level of independence for me which I greatly appreciate.
