JENN'S ON HOLIDAYS!
Jenn has gone on holidays to visit her home country- America. Craig, Emily and Hannah are taking very good care of her patients whilst she is away.

Jenn will be back to work on Monday 24th February... provided she doesn't freeze in the chilly Pennsylvania weather!
EXERCISE OF THE MONTH
Neck Stretches

(1) Bend you head to the side, then turn to look the same way, then tuck your chin in towards your chest just slightly, use a flat hand on the top of your head to apply slight overpressure. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on the other side. 

(2) Bend your head to the side and apply overpressure with a flat hand on the top of your head. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on the other side.
HANNAH'S JOKE OF THE MONTH
While out one morning in the park, a jogger found a brand new tennis ball, and seeing no one around it might belong to, he slipped it into the pocket of his shorts. Later, on his way home, he stopped at the pedestrian crossing, waiting for the lights to change. A girl standing next to him eyed the large bulge in his shorts. "What's that?" she asked, her eyes gleaming with lust. "Tennis ball," came the breathless reply. "Oh," said the girl sympathetically, "that must be painful.... I had tennis elbow once."
