Give Grace: Supply Drive Restocks Grace Shelves

Dozens of students and adults participated in Grace’s recent supply drive.  Much needed medical and office supplies were donated by numerous individuals and several groups including Pine Ridge Church, Middleton Pediatrics, and Lake Highland Preparatory School.   Lake Highland Junior Jack McMahon and his baseball team raised more than $3,000 in cash donations and supplies.  Jack mailed a letter to his family and friends sharing the story of Grace.  He wrote, "We are working together as a baseball team to make a difference in our community.  On behalf of my teammates, I thank you for supporting our effort to do something good in Orlando.”  Jack and his teammates received community service hours for the time spent organizing the supply drive.  As Jack demonstrated, fundraising is a team effort.  If you would also like to help Grace by participating in a supply drive, please contact Scarlett Stewart at or call 407.615.8041.

A Story of Grace
"I want to thank Grace Medical Home for serving my daughter, Holly.  She is so grateful for everything that Grace has done for her.  Mostly, she is grateful for the dignity, concern, thoroughness of care, and explanation she is given.  The hope she now has is immeasurable.  The way she is treated at Grace is so different from what she has experienced elsewhere.  As her mother, I am so grateful to Grace for affording her this opportunity and I just wanted to say from my heart - thank you and thank God for Grace Medical Home."
- Sharon, a mother of an adult patient of Grace
A Face of GAmy Rogersrace: Amy RogersEach morning, Grace begins the day with prayer and devotion.  For the past two years, Amy Rogers has graciously coordinated this effort, serving as our Volunteer Devotion Coordinator.  Amy worked regularly to recruit and schedule individuals to come and share a brief devotion with the staff, volunteers and patients of Grace.  This special time quickly became one of the richest blessings for those whom are privileged to work at Grace.  Due to Amy’s busy young family, she needs to step back from her volunteer role.  The Grace staff is so grateful for her dedication and service.  If you are interested in leading a devotion, please contact Scarlett Stewart at sstewart@gracemedicalhome.orgLEARN MORE
