Neck and shoulder stretch keeps your spine straight.
Turn your head and look over your shoulder.
Meanwhile, rotate your opposite shoulder back to get a nice stretch. Repeat five times, every day.
This will keep your shoulders from hunching forward. Or straighten your spine if you are stopping a bit.
