Knee Press to the outside to strengthen leg muscles
Feet flat on floor. Toes straight ahead.
Place your hands on the outside of your knees.
Press knees out as your hand press the knees in for 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times. Good for you!  Tyler
Pilgrims Past and Present. In Lyon, France, I stopped at the cathedral to pick up a Pilgrims' Credential for a a walk on the Way of St. James through France. There was a huge mosaic of St. James with medieval pilgrims covering an entire wall. It reminds me of all the pilgrims who for a thousand years have gone before, and I included them in my fun design.
