Every year, Resource magazine asks the public and members of the waste and resource industry to nominate and vote for those that deserve a place in the top 100 Resource and Waste Influencer list. The results are in and we are excited to announce that FareShare CEO Lindsay Boswell made the top 10 in 2018.

Lindsay also answered an interview conducted by video platform We Give It, as part of their #mycharity campaign launched six months ago.

Our work tackling food waste
Celebrating two milestones and our valuable food partners.
AMT Fruit provides one million meals to FareShare
What an achievement! We're happy to share that AMT Fruit has hit the milestone of providing the equivalent of more than one million meals in surplus fruit to FareShare.

Since 2015 AMT Fruit has regularly supplied FareShare with any citrus fruit they cannot sell as originally intended due to being out of specification, packaged incorrectly or variations in forecast.

Morrisons hits the 100,000 meals milestone
Nine months into our partnership with Morrisons, we have received enough good quality food for over 100,000 meals - food saved from becoming waste and diverted to charities supporting vulnerable people across the UK.

Morrisons formalised a partnership between its food production sites and FareShare in April 2017, to use surplus food occurring at their manufacturing sites to benefit people in need.
