In other words: body, mind, and spirit. 
Let’s be mindful of what we put in our bodies and let’s take the time while we are eating to appreciate the earth’s role in creating our meal. This will reinforce our desire to conserve and protect the environment.

Of course, all types of exercise are available, but I have found that YOGA on a daily basis delivers enormous benefits in all three areas: 
It enhances our physical health, enables us to reduce stress by slowing down and breathing properly, so the mind is nourished, and the spirit is energized.

The only exercise I have found that gives me more energy when I am finished than when I started is yoga.
