This week let's focus on not reacting to negative stimuli...

Even with the world swirling around us, be conscious of the fact that we can find peace in ourselves by living in the moment, being kind, and, in the words of that great English Philospher John Lennon, just trying to "let it be."
 
Let's try our best to not react to stimuli or triggers that occur in our lives: the negative news, traffic, comments by a co-worker, a difficult moment with a family member or significant other, etc.

Just try to "Let It Be."
 
Recognize that it is usually our reaction that brings significance to these events or words, rather than the events or words themselves. By reacting, we are allowing these events or words to disrupt our peace.
