“Be peaceful… be a lifelong learner…and lead a meaningful life by assisting others…”

This Week Let's Try to Disagree Without Being Disagreeable...

Nearly all relationships have conflict.

Successful relationships have the ability to solve conflict in relatively peaceful, kind ways, without personal attacks; while unsuccessful relationships attempt to solve conflict by arguing, screaming, insulting, and name calling.
This method may lead to a resolution of the immediate issue, however, over time respect for each other diminishes and the foundation of the relationship is eroded.

If you feel your discussion turning negative think about calling a time out to give each of you a moment to breathe deeply and regain a calm demeanor.

“Be peaceful… be a lifelong learner…and lead a meaningful life by assisting others…”
