The world is moving at a frenetic pace, but that doesn't mean you have to go along.
Take at least a few minutes each day to step off the merry-go-round and be still.
Listen to your breathing and let go of any negative feelings you are having by seeing them flow out of your fingertips.
This should help us sustain or return to our feeling of peacefulness.
Then close your eyes and visualize how you want the rest of your day to go.
