This week let's focus on remembering the good things that have happened in our lives...
both this immediate past year, and in our lifetime.
It is important that we consistently reflect and remind ourselves of all the peace, joy, and contentment that we have felt.
My experience is that the human mind often remembers the things we would like to forget, and forgets the things we would like to remember.
So it is incumbent upon us to consciously think about those times and remember those good feelings.
